No consumer camera sold in India today has a genuine 5G modem. Listings marked “4G/5G SIM” contain a 4G LTE modem.
Some listings use “5G” to mean the 5 GHz WiFi band — that is a router feature and has nothing to do with mobile networks.
If a seller cannot give you the NR band list (n78, n28), it is a 4G camera.
A star rating is only as good as the number of people behind it. Under about a hundred ratings, an average tells you almost nothing — a handful of friends or a handful of bad units can swing it either way.
Look at the shape, not the average. A camera at 4.3 stars with 7 in every 100 giving one star is not the same as a camera at 4.3 stars with nobody angry. That one-star pile is usually people whose unit arrived faulty, and it tells you how likely you are to be one of them.
Specific complaints are worth more than glowing praise. “It drains overnight and goes offline” is someone who owned it through a bad week. “Exceeded my expectations, well packed” could be written about a kettle.
Read the three-star reviews first. They are the ones written by people with nothing to prove.
